All cards are sent via Royal Mail 2ND class delivery if you choose the freepost option.

1st class and special delivery are available at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day.

Orders placed by 12pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched same day.

Orders placed after 12pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days via 2nd class BUT it can sometimes take an extra few days to arrive. I Recommend ordering at least 7 working days before you need the card, or upgrading to 1st class at checkout, for a small extra charge of 80p

Once orders are dispatched I have no control over delivery. I reply upon Royal Mail to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

If you want guaranteed delivery then Special Next day 1pm delivery is the only guaranteed delivery service available. Special next day doesn't include Saturdays and is only next working day. ( Saturday special delivery is more expensive)
