• On the reverse side there are inset plans of Milwaukie, Oswego, and Vancouver, Washington.



• The map was distributed by the Tidewater Oil Company in 1965 to promote its Flying A gasoline. The cover artwork shows a Flying A gas station and Axelrod, the company's basset hound mascot.



• The map is dated in the legend, and the code number in the lower margin is 6-MM.
