This is a promo CD single.  These typically contain only one song, and were send to radio stations for on-air play.  These were produced in very limited quantities, and are now collector's items.  Some have full cover art, some have have only a front insert, some have only a back insert, and some are just a disc.  You only receive what is pictured along with your disc.
