Like new condition CD-ROM disc with cardstock case from Amazing Facts, 2001. This item was never opened, and the original round tape closure is still in place at the right edge of the case. This was hard to photograph, but hopefully you can see the in-place tape in photo #3. The visible portions of the case appear clean and intact. USPS economy shipping is free for this item.
