Durch unser beneidenswertes Erbe im Motorsport, die Zusammenarbeit mit Wettbewerben wie der BTCC oder dem Volkswagen Racing Cup sowie Härtetests wie dem 24-Stunden-Rennen am Nürburgring erhalten wir die technischen Einblicke, die für die Entwicklung von wirklich funktionierenden Auspuffsystemen nötig sind. Diese bieten Kraft und besseren Klang für ein breites Spektrum an Sport-, Premium- und Wettbewerbsfahrzeugen.

Jedes unserer Systeme wird in Großbritannien von erfahrenen Handwerkern entworfen, entwickelt und von Hand gefertigt und besteht aus für die Luftfahrt geeignetem, nicht-magnetischem rostfreiem Stahl der Sorte 304 (Edelstahl). Dieses hochwertige Material ist weniger anfällig für Verfärbungen, hat eine fast unbegrenzte Haltbarkeit und wird im gesamten Aufbau unserer Rohre, Auspufftöpfe und der damit verbundenen Hardware eingesetzt.

Das Dornbiegeverfahren sorgt für eine konstante Radiusbiegung und damit einen optimierten Gasstrom. Der Bohrungsdurchmesser wird vorsichtig vergrößert und schafft so die bestmögliche Leistung ohne Verluste im mittleren Drehzahlbereich. All unsere Systeme durchlaufen einen umfassenden akustischen Entwicklungsprozess, um einen Ton zu erreichen, der sportlich und klar ist und weder NVH, Brummen noch Kabinenresonanz verursacht.
