There are two different types of steering racks fitted to this application. Please

leave a note at check-out confirming if your rack takes a sensor or not . All our steering racks are built in house using O.E or equivalent components.

Our aim is to provide our customers with a first-class product backed up by a first-class service. We will also never supply new imported replica units described as Remanufactured.

Warranty

ALL STEERING SYSTEMS MUST BE COMPLETELY DRAINED OF FLUID AND FLUSHED PRIOR TO FITMENT OF ANY PARTS. (NEW FLUID MUST BE THE CORRECT GRADE FOR THE APPLICATION) THIS IS TO AVOID DAMAGE AND INVALIDATION OF WARRANTY.

Steering Specialist Limited will not be held liable for any costs incurred during fitment, removal or operation of any parts. Warranty claims are limited to the cost of the original purchase. A replacement or full refund will be issued on receipt of the faulty unit.

Factors that will void the warranty include, but are not limited to water damage, fire damage, part being damaged as a result of another defective part in the vehicle, improper use, use in an application for which the part was not intended or failure to return (or inform us to collect) your old unit (if applicable).

All units returned under warranty must be returned with a copy of the purchase invoice. Full terms and conditions available on request

Own Unit remanufacturing service

How it works, after ordering our ebay listing we will contact you to arrange the collection of your own component for remanufacture. We can either arrange a courier to collect from your home, garage, or place of work. Alternatively, we can email you a pre-paid postage label which can be printed off. The component for remanufacture can then be dropped off at any Post Office. The parcel must not exceed 1.1m in length or 30kg in weight, the component must be well packaged ensure no damage or leakage will occur in transit. After remanufacturing, we will return it back to you using a next day delivery service.

Return of old unit

All components supplied that are Exchange, Surcharge or Cash back orders will be supplied with a pre-paid postage label that can be attached to the packaging and dropped off at any Post Office. Alternatively, we can arrange a next day collection service from your home, garage, or place of work. After receiving your component will inspect the unit, activate the 18 Month warranty, and issue the surcharge refund where applicable . (Old units returned must be fit for purpose, any units that are beyond repair will not receive the surcharge refund and may invalidate the warranty)
