What is a File Copy?

It was published but this special copy never distributed on the newsstands but pulled off the press and stored by the publisher for reference. This is why the colors are so vibrant and deep. Most File Copies were considered overstock, placed in boxes but never shipped out to the newsstands across America, but this was actually the property of the editor.
