How to Cook (2 Servings)

Ingredients:
🟢 150g Thinly Sliced Pork Belly
🟢 200g Cabbage (3-4 large leaves, roughly chopped)
🟢 20g Green Bell Pepper (sliced into bite-sized pieces)
🟢 30g Green Onion (diagonally sliced into 1cm pieces)
🟢 1 Pack of COOK DO [Twice-Cooked Pork] Sauce (60g)

Cooking Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare Ingredients

• Cut pork belly into 5cm pieces.
• Chop cabbage, bell pepper, and green onion as described above.

2️⃣ Stir-Fry Vegetables (High Heat)

• Heat 2 tsp of oil in a frying pan.
• Stir-fry half the cabbage and bell peppers until slightly tender, then remove to a plate.
• Repeat with the remaining half and set aside.
  (Cooking in two batches keeps the vegetables crisp!)

3️⃣ Cook Pork & Green Onion (Medium Heat)

• Add pork belly and green onions to the pan, stir-frying until the pork is cooked through.
• Once done, turn off the heat and add COOK DO sauce. Stir well to coat the pork evenly.

4️⃣ Return Vegetables & Finish Cooking (Medium Heat)

• Add the pre-cooked cabbage and bell peppers back into the pan.
• Stir everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
