Came from a Well Maintained Sears Craftsman 12" Wood Lathe Model # 149.23870 But is actually numbered 149.23860 a very similar lathe  with a bed with two  1" Tubes

Wear and Tear Dust and dirt surface rust and pitting paint loss but in good working condition.
