After changing the stock gearing ratio of your motorcycle your speedometer will not be accurate and could have an error of up to 20% (most motorcycles come from the factory with a 10% speedometer error already!). This will cause the speedometer to show the wrong speed being displayed and will not calculate the correct amount of miles you are traveling so it could be adding more miles to your odometer than it should be.
