Buying Tips

Please never make a purchase based solely on the pictures. Some items in the photos are for display purposes only and are not included. Please review the description details and measure to ensure it's the right fit. If the details show a discrepancy in the title, photos and/or description, please message us so we can research it for you. For your protection, we do not change addresses via email. Please allow for slight color variances in the product due to lighting when the photo is taken and the differences in computer monitors and phone screens.

Shipping

We ship UPS, USPS, FedEx, and others. Most items ship within 1–3 business days. When you order ships, you will be notified with a tracking number. Please message us if your shipment stops moving while in transit. We will contact the carrier on your behalf and locate it or arrange for a replacement. For freight shipments, please message us your phone number along with any special instructions you may have for the driver to locate you or gated communities. We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska, P.O. Boxes, or APOs. While we offer free shipping, some states impose a small surcharge, which you will see at checkout.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If your merchandise is defective or damaged during shipping, we will replace the item if available or issue you a prepaid return label for a full refund. If your item has a missing part or damaged part, please message us before opening a return or assembling it, and we will have that part sent to you if it is available. Returns must be unopened in the original shipping box with materials and accessories. Refrigerators, mini fridges, coolers, and kegerators must be returned in 2 days, unused and uninstalled in the original packaging with materials and accessories.

We dispatch orders to our warehouse after one hour of receipt, after which cancellations are not possible. You can refuse the package or go through the normal return process. All items are in stock at the time of creating the listing. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to a system glitch or human error, we may ship it from one of our other warehouses or issue a full refund. If your order is a gift purchase, please be aware that some items ship in the original box. Certain states impose restrictions on the shipment of some merchandise. If this is the case, your order will be canceled and your money refunded.
