  • First got tank wash - Heavy debris removal.
  • Surface preparation - Sandblasting and buffing of housings, components.
  • Second Ultrasonic wash - Removal of all preparation debris. 
  • All hard parts are inspected
  • Final rinse with rust protectant and parts final inspection.
  • Pinion and rack shafts surfaces polished to new condition.
  • Unit assembled and hard parts replaced when necessary.
  • Product Hydraulic and road Simulation testing performed 
  • High heat and corrosion resistant paint coat applied.

CORE POLICY:

Core Description - The core is the old steering rack & pinion unit that is being removed from your vehicle. The core being returned must match the unit purchased.       
Core Return Shipping - It is the buyers responsibility to ship the core back to our facility. We recommend that you get a tracking number for your core that you are shipping back to us. 
Core Refund - Core must be returned to our facility within 30 days of purchase. Core will be inspected for damages. No credit will be given for any units with broken or cracked housings. Core refunds take 5-7 days to process once we receive the core in house. Core refund will be given in money back. If you can see your core is Broken, Bent, or Does Not Turn, Please do not ship it back to our facility. You will not receive core credit on such damages. We do not want you to lose out on shipping cost by sending a broken or bad core to us.


 WARRANTY - HYDRAULIC UNIT POLICY:

3 Year Warranty on Hydraulic  Steering units unless specified different.
Warranty VOID if electronic unit has been tampered with.
Hydraulic Rack and Pinion must be in original condition for Warranty.
All Steering units are production stamped for simple warranty verification.
Warranty covers replacement or repair for your steering rack & pinion unit only.
Warranty replacement units must be paid in full before Unit can ship.


SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping is FREE to any continental United States location. Additional cost apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
Advantage Steering may use UPS, FEDEX, USPS or any other shipping carrier at our discretion. 
All International orders please contact seller through EBAY regarding any over seas .
We do not ship to any PO BOX.


RETURN POLICY:

Purchase must be returned within 30 days of original receipt.
The purchased unit must be in original condition, original packaging, and unused.
Any return due to Shipper error will be refunded in full.
Any returns due to Buyer error will be subject to 10% restock fee.
No Returns on any Electronic unit that has been tampered with.
No Returns on any Electronic unit that has been installed. 
Electric Racks cannot be installed for new return.
