Stainless Steel 80mm Spring Compressor Tool
This spring compressor is specifically designed to compress springs with an outer diameter (OD) of up to 80mm.
It features a 40mm central hole, allowing the entire spring assembly to be enveloped by the compressor for maximum safety.
The 45mm locking tab slots on Recessed Upper/Fixed Plate plate ensure that shocks that feature locking tabs stay in place and do not obstruct the compressor.

This spring compressor has been designed with safety in mind.
It was developed for use on motorcycles, such as the Honda CB125R. Unlike other spring compressors, which can scratch paint or leave marks, this tool is engineered cause no damage and be safer!
The ultra-thick, recessed upper and lower plates securely cradle the spring, preventing it from slipping. The four stainless steel threaded rods ensure that the spring load is spread evenly for added safety.

How to Use:
- Screw each of the four threaded rods into the thick upper plate until they protrude at least 12mm through the top.
- Place one of the supplied spring washers and one of the standard M10 nuts (not the flanged ones) onto each of the rods and lock them in place using a 16mm spanner.
- Insert the shock into the upper plate, then slide the lower plate over the four threaded rods.
- Finger-tight only screw one of the supplied M10 flanged nuts onto each of the four threaded rods.
- Ensure the shock is securely in place, Only then evenly tighten each of the four flanged nuts with a 15mm spanner, one turn at a time, until the lower/compression plate reaches the required height.
- Once the required work is complete, release the spring compressor by evenly loosening each of the four flanged nuts, one turn at a time, until the lower/compression plate is completely removed.
