Protective Epoxy coating, GLOSS or MATTE, for the inner bowl is included. This coating provides a waterproof barrier against wear and simplifies cleanup! It brings out the natural beauty and color variations in the stone. Please specify whether you prefer GLOSS or MATTE finish when you place your order.
We test your sink before shipment to ensure impermeability and proper drainage with a standard open grid drain. The opening is 1-5/8". We use the testing drains: Keeney Model# K820-74BN or Luxier Model# DS05-TB-V. These are standard sized.

All shipments include insurance for your convenience and protection.
For refunds or replacements in case of damage, we will need to receive images of the damaged item as well as the box, all the packaging material, and tracking sticker within 24 hours of delivery. It is very important to keep the box, packing material, and damaged item. DO NOT THROW AWAY any of these in order to facilitate an insurance claim and process the replacement order.
Returns are accepted when postmarked within 14 days of delivery confirmation. Please refer to the return policy included with this listing for additional information. All packages, including gifts, should be inspected within 24 hours of receipt with any concerns reported directly to the seller. We are always glad to help.
