Three used WACO 360 Swivel Cleats. As used on Lightening and Flying Scot class and other sailboats. Two are in good working condition, one of which appears to have been mounted out of the sun and never used. The third is for parts. These are hard to find used but are available new from the Flying Scot website for $160ea. They also have new parts such as bushings and split rings inexpensively.
