including Moldavian, Byelorussian, Ukrainian, Georgian, Armenian,
Azerbaijanian, Turkmen, Tajik, Uzbek, Kirgiz, Kasakh, Tuvan, Buryat,
Yakut, Chukchi, Evenk, Jew, Mordvin, Tatar, Chuvash, Estonian,
Lithuanian, Latvian, and Russian.
- On the reverse side there is a political map of the Union
of Soviet
Socialist Republics, with a key to administrative units of the Soviet
Union. Other details include railroads, roads, airports, oil fields,
cities, towns, and natural features.
- The coverage area includes the 15 present-day post-Soviet
states:
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Armenia,
Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan,
