These stones are from the New England area in New South Wales and are some of the stones I selected out from rough Sapphires which I exported to Thailand in the 1960's and early 1970's.
They were listed for a very long time without anyone prepared to buy all three stones for between about A$1,500 and A$2,000 at various times, so in the end they were cut and polished.

Result: Natural, Unheated, Royal Blue Sapphires, #2 has a feather, but all three are eye clean.

#1 Before cutting: 5.63 Carats.
After cutting: 1.89 Carats, 8.07 x 5.94 mm, Oval.

#2 Before cutting: 4.85 Carats.
After cutting: 1.41 Carats, 7.21 x 5.46 mm, Oval.

#3 Before cutting: 4.88 Carats.
After cutting: 1.25 Carats, 3.95 x 5.16 mm, Modified Radiant Emerald cut.

They were bought directly from miners and are NOT heat treated as no one was heat treating Sapphires in Australia until probably mid/late 1970's.
It was, however, done in secret in Thailand.
During the 1980's, at which time I was exporting CUT Sapphires... to Thailand... (that's like exporting chop sticks to China...) heat treating was in full swing in Australia.
It is probably safe to say that any Aussie Sapphire that has 1) never ventured out of Australia AND 2) have NOT been heat treated AFTER the mid 1970's..  have NOT been heat treated.

My comment whilst these stones were offered in the rough:
"Each of these stones should turn out quite nicely, BUT should only be cut by a competent cutter... it is NOT for amateurs...!!
As cutting is always a bit of a gamble as to how a stone will turn out, I have INTENTIONALLY made it a lot of THREE stones.
This is so that IN CASE there is ONE that don't turn out as expected, then at least the other two will make up for the lesser stone."
