Lacquer over enamel.
Made in Taiwan (ROC) in 1984, collected in the 80s
We have the last 4, they are in excellent condition.
Never worn, the face looks as new, still retain the original glossy and has no scratches.
The back metal shows signs of oxidation but can be cleaned.
