Aldo Tura Vintage Acrylic and Walnut Burl Tray, Golden Handles MCM RARE!

This tray is attributed to Aldo Tura (1909-1963) though it has no attribution marks and has lost its label. 
Italian designer-maker Aldo Tura established his furniture production house in Lombardy in 1939. Working between the idioms of Art Deco and modernism, Tura created singular, high-end furniture and accessories that were typified by rich materials, sculptural forms, and high-end, artisanal techniques. Tura’s work has become highly collectible.

This Hollywood Regency style tray shows light wear consistent with age and use.
14.6" W x 21.7" L (including handles) x 1.2" H 
Inside tray surface is 13" W x 18" L
Weighs 4 lbs.
Acrylic sides with what appears to be paper-thin walnut burl wood sandwiched between acrylic sheets. Handles are gold tone metal.
This tray came from an estate sale, it was being used to  elegantly display liquor decanters.
