  •  Return policy:

     Customer should make initial contact in 7 days from receiving the order. Products must be returned in original condition.. When you shipped back, please give us tracking number. We get the return package,We'll refund your money, as soon as got the returned.

  • Replace policy:

     Replace can be accepted in 90 days after you signed for the package. Please send back the item in original package, need not return any accessories. When you shipped back, please give us the tracking number. We'll resend another the item to you, as soon as we got the returned package.

  • Please contact us before returning items and we will provide the shipping address. DO NOT send without communication
  • Both shipping cost: The cost of item shipping back is buyer's responsibility, the resend shipping cost is seller's.
  • Any products returned without our serial number and QC badge will be rejected as not our parts do not return Please,Any packages that are send without our knowledge  will be refused and no replacements will be issued.
