Here is a used Western Ultramount to Unimount adapter 40271 that comes with the two attachment plates (you must tell me whether you want the short- 40278 or tall- 40279 attachment plates). This adapter connects into a Western Ultramount truck mount. Included is the what you see in the pictures. No hardware or link arms are included, just the main piece and a set of either short or tall attachment plates as shown in the pictures. The bracket is in good overall condition, the one each for the lower pin is has a little bend to it, but should not affect its use (see red circled area in second picture). The plow a-frame will fit fine between the tabs even with the slight bend in the ear. The main bracket does have some rust in places where the powdercoat is missing/peeling/cracking/etc. These parts are part of Western part number 27170, which is the adapter kit, and this is the good adapter. There were two previous versions of this adapter that stuck too far out and apparently did not hold up well. But this is the newest version, and it has those issues taken care of. So if you have a Western Unimount plow that you want to mount on your newer truck and you can't get a unimount truck mount for that truck, this adapter and and Ultramount truck mount (needs to be purchased separately) is what you need to be able to mount the plow to your truck.  What you see is what you will be receiving. Thanks for looking and see my other listings for more plow and spreader parts.
