We ship all items via Federal Express, all items require signature on delivery to confirm receipt of the package. Furthermore, most higher priced watches sold on eBay go through the authentication program where we ship the watch to eBay and they then send it along to you after passing their authentication and certification process. This ensures that you are receiving exactly what you bought as described for a worry free transaction process. 

Unless otherwise stated most new items carry the manufacturer warranty from the date of the original sale and they will be the implied warranter of said items. If no warranty is implicitly described we warranty against any defects in mechanical workmanship for up to one year from purchase. Pre-owned watches will list what manufacturer warranty, if any, applies. In some instances items are listed without mention of warranty. Accidental damage, wear and tear, loss or theft, water damage and deviations of timekeeping are not covered. Third-party modification or service and/or improper use, as determined at our discretion, are not covered and may void the overall warranty; in these instances repairs can still be performed at a cost. Warranty covers labor only on the movement; Replacement or repair of parts, if any are required, are subject to a charge. In the rare event some parts that are no longer produced or cannot be obtained and a repair is required, aftermarket parts may be used but are 100% matches to OEM specifications for function. Warranty repairs are subject to shipping charges, local drop off and pickup is also available. Even outside of a warranty period we can always provide top quality service and very competitive pricing with very fast turnaround times for service, repair and/or refinishing/polishing by our expert Watchmakers trained and specialized in Swiss Mechanical Watches. 

Most items have a worry free 14 day return policy. All items are photographed and described accurately and shipped in the condition described. Any signs of wear may void any return privileges or be subject to a restocking fee of 10-50%, the watch must be returned in the condition received, in working order and free from signs of use and wear. The packaging process is under constant video surveillance and securely sealed in its packaging box.
