If the printhead we sold you is defective, we will give you Full refund (thoroughly investigated prior refund) or send you a Factory sealed OEM printhead as a replacement. 

If you are unable to resolve printer error and return the printhead then there will be restocking fees based on eBay standard partial refund policy.

INAD disputes and any returns marked as defective will be thoroughly investigated before a refund is issued to ensure all items/parts sent are received back in the same condition. Products with internal components that are swappable in some form will also be inspected/opened up to ensure all parts are there.
