Every pre-owned shoe goes through an extensive cleaning process before being listed. Insoles are removed, and the shoes are soaked in a mild solution and cold water bath, then washed in a commercial-grade machine using unscented detergent. After cleaning, they are air-dried in a climate-controlled room for a minimum of 24 hours. Once dry, they are placed in a resealable plastic bag and prepared for shipment.
