For your consideration is a pretty light base (N8) semi-crystal opal from Coober Pedy, Australia.  It features bright (2.8/5) green predominant multicolors in a non-directional pattern. This medium domed, pear-cut gem weighs 1.2 carats.  It measures a CALIBRATED 10mm long by 7mm wide by 2.5mm deep. (This means it will fit perfectly in a pre-fab setting.) Crack free and flawless face-up, with slight clay on back.  As always, this is an ALL-NATURAL, untreated gemstone.

PLEASE NOTE: you are looking at enlarged images of a small gemstone. Flaws or blemishes may not be visable to the naked eye!  White lines or spots that do not remain in the same place are reflections from the highly polished surface.
