My sister and I made a few of these a couple of years ago. It's based on the style of a Shiny Brite cluster ball ornament tree. It is one piece that you do not need to assemble. It is the tree version of an ornament wreath in that ornaments are glued to a foam tree base with garland. I felt like the top piece needed something so I stuck that little pipe cleaner bow on top, but that can be changed out easily enough. This one is mostly greens silver and blues all solid color vintage ornaments.
