There is NO power cord to it, I just tried a cord i had for a spot light of mine and it worked. I added photos. It blinks and there is an on/off button to it in case you don't want it on full time.

The two people spin around slowly as a jingle is playing (can't figure out what tune it is) but you Wind them up and they have an on/off button also.

I added a photo of another charger that works. But of course, that's for something else I own.
