Please take note of the website screenshot in the second photo. The handcrafted boots are made to be loose fit. If you are a 10.5 US you will probably need thick socks to have a snug fit that is not flopping around on you.

I also included measurements of the boots in the photos. The length from the toe to heel on the inside is approximately - 11 5/8 inches.
