This is a New Craftsman 14 pc. Craftsman Inch Hex Allen Key Wrench Set Part #46683A with Short & Long Arm Wrenches in a pouch. Exactly as pictured. Some of the packages are showing signs of storage as in pic (not perfectly clear). Also the wrenches are Black oxide coated and it has worn off somewhat on inside of packages making them look used but brand new.
