How to know if touch screen or LCD panel needed, check below:
1. Touch Panel Digitizer: If the top touch panel or glass top is cracked or broken but the image under is still fine, then you only need the Touch Panel;
2. LCD Display Only: If the image under the glass is broken and the touch pancel is NOT then you only need a LCD display;
3. Complete Screen with Touch Panel & LCD: If the top touch panel is broken and the lcd image is either black liquid or cracked you need a complete screen

If you are not sure compatibility of your tablet, pls send us part number of touch screen you need, we will help you check before shipment.

* Please make sure that flex ribbon number you need is same with ours. We are not responsible for purchasing wrong items. If you are not sure if it is suitable with your tablet, please send message to us.

* Please not buy if you don't accept compatible part number, because different production has different cable number and sometimes original part number was out of production, so we send compatible one, we 100% sure that what you receive will be compatible with part number showed here.

* Please make sure that you know how to install and must be very good at repairing, because we are not responsible for any demage due to wrong operation. If you are new to this, we suggest you to take it to repair center.

* Please test new screens before installing to tablet. Any problems, please contact us immediately. Our engineer will give you instruction to solve the problem.

* When you receive the package, please open it immediately and check the item in good condition. If not, please contact us immediately.


Shipment

Please check your shipping address prior to making payment.

We usually ship out item within 24 hours when payment is cleared and confirmed. We usually ship the item by SpeedPak Service. If you need other express shipping method, eg: DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS, pls contact us.


You will receive the item around 8-12 working days under normal delivery time, but for big festival season, like Christmas, shipment will be a little bit delay during delivery. For some countries like Itlay, France, Spain, Russia, South America, Africa & Remote area may take a little bit longer arrival due to strict custom inspection.

 

Returns and refund

If the item was defected during delivery or has other compatible problem, pls contact us after receiving package, we will offer a replacement for free.


We only accept returns with unused item and should be in original packaging.

No refunds given if back tape from glue or plastics removed.

 After receiving returns and with not defective founded, refund will be issued within 24 hours.
