There is a lot to like about this watch. For starters it hits the sweet spot size wise at 48mm. The high polish case work has been machined quite angularly, which contrasts very attractively with the large black bezel which is rounded on it's outer edges where it meets the case. This allows the watch to slide beneath long shirt and jacket sleeves, an added benefit for office duties.

The supple silicon strap continues all the way up to the case giving visual relief to the silver case and I think, adding character.

The dial is multi layered and multi coloured. The four sub dials turn on their own axis against a fixed referenced point instead of a hand turning around a dial. Sub dial axis points are held by a cross shaped gantry which is then fastened to a metal lattice. Beneath this lattice the red and black or red and blue, dials turn.

Another unique feature of this timepiece is the use of the Seiko VD56 chronograph engine which counts down 1/10th seconds as well as seconds and accumulated minutes. A 24hr clock also sits at the 3 o'clock position.

Indices are finished in white lume, outlined in red. Hour and minute hands are in white lume outlined in silver and the main sweep seconds hand is dark blue, tail tipped in white lume.

Large white lumed dive indices adorn the stepped bezel and the gloss black crown and pushers have been machine knurled for ease of grip.

This is a lot of watch for the asking price considering it's Seiko engine pedigree and amazing amount of dial and case detail.

Timepiece is new with paperwork and tag attached. Comes in an Invicta Presentation Case and will be sent free via Express Post within the land of Oz.

I have been fielding enquiries recently in relation to the authenticity of the watches I sell and also customers wanting all plastics removed from the watches when being photographed.

Firstly all my watches are certainly authentic. I do not sell, replica watches all though I do know that replica Invicta's do exist as I have myself unknowingly purchase a couple. My advice is not to buy Invicta watches where the country of origin is China. Having said that both replica's I purchased were from the United States, obviously marketed through Chinese affiliates in that country. Try to buy from reputable sellers.

If I describe a watch as new, then it is new and generally is wrapped in the manufacture's plastics. I do remove and replace some but not all of these plastics for photographic clarity. Most of my customers prefer an unmolested product where plastics are concerned however if you are genuine in your enquiry and prefer that all plastics be removed for photographic purposes then contact me and I will oblige.
