A plastic kit of a small cedarwood bungalow, in N gauge by Peco.

This is a model of a small modern detached bungalow with cedarwood effect sides, glazed Windows, stone chimney, tiled roof and separately fitted gutters and drainpipes. A cut-out sheet is also included to add curtains at the Windows and the set comes complete with a base and two parasols.

The model is supplied as a plastic kit that requires assembly. All parts are pre-coloured for convenience but can be painted further to suit.

The completed bungalow has a footprint of 63 x 38 mm. The use of the included base is optional and a footprint of 80 x 63 mm.
