UNID TORCH=RANDOM CLASS SKILLS AND RANDOM STATISTICS

hellfire torches have always +3 skill to random class, and 10-20 attributes+resistances

sum of attributes and resistances in torch is 20-40 (10-20 attributes and 10-20 resistance)

so sum in low medium and high stats torch will be like

20-26 for low
27-32 for medium
33-39 for high
