Designed for 208Y Wye (LLL+N+G) Applications:
This PDU is intended for environments where the input power is stepped down from 480V Delta to 208V Wye using a transformer. It accepts 208Y 3-phase (line-line-line + neutral + ground) input and distributes clean, stable 208V single-phase output via three L6-30R outlets.

NOTE: This PDU uses L6-30R outlets instead of C19 to support higher loads safely. C19 connectors can overheat or burn when powering high-wattage miners like the S19. Use an L6-30R to Dual C13 Y-splitter cable to connect your miners securely and avoid overload issues.

Use Case:
If your facility has 480V Delta as its main feed, use a 480V Delta to 208V Wye transformer to generate the appropriate 208Y input. This PDU will take that 208Y power and deliver three independent 208V circuits, making it ideal for running high-power mining equipment. With 3 individually protected L6-30R outlets, it can support up to 3 Antminer S19 or S21 miners, as well as M61 and M64 Hydro series miners.

Compatible Miners:

  • Supports up to 12x Antminer S19 or S21 miners.

  • Also compatible with M61 and M64 Hydro miners, commonly rated at:

  • 4000W (M61) at 240V → ~4150W at 208V


    • 4099W (M64) at 240V → ~4250W at 208V

  • ASIC miners draw slightly more power at 208V due to increased current and minor PSU efficiency loss.

L6-30R Outlet Capacity:

  • Each L6-30R is rated for 30A at 250V.

  • Per NEC 80% rule, max continuous load = 24A × 208V = 4990W.

  • This provides ample headroom to safely power miners drawing 4000W+.

Power cord wiring guidelines:

The input wire must be copper wire with wire number of 6AWG. The ground wire needs to be longer than others.

LOAD CURRENT:

The Total load of the standard is determined by input phase and voltage. If 3 phase 5 wire (LLLNG) is used on the input, the total current is 60 amps.
