1240cc Big Bore Stroker to fit to CB750  SOHC 1969 - 1978 Kit, 74mm pistons flat top pistons, H beam rods, sleeves, conrod bearings, 70 mm nitrided stroker crank and head gasket.  Instructions on machining.

The RPE 70 mm nitrided stroke crank with the RPE 1100 big bore kit combination, I have done a number of these kits in builds, and with head work, cam, big valves, big exhaust, good ignition and flat slide is an awesome engine.

Machining is not real complicated, bit of welding on the top case between sleeve holes to support the O ring sealing the liner. There is a small amount of relieving in the bottom case for rod bolts due to the extra stroke.

Machining available, I can resleeve your barrel, bore the top case to suit O/S sleeves, valve service head or big valve and porting work, or if I can do the whole engine.
