Cracked Glass Repair Mail-In Service Process:
1. After placing your order, if you prefer not to provide your password or reset your phone, you can simply switch your phone to maintenance mode.
(Instructions for putting your phone in maintenance mode are provided.)
2. Carefully pack your phone/LCD with bubble wrap and ship it to our repair facility:

3. Include your eBay user ID inside the package for reference.
4. Send us the tracking number via eBay message once shipped.
5. Upon receiving your phone/LCD, we will test the LCD before proceeding with the re-glassing.
6. Once the re-glassing is completed, we will return your phone/LCD within 2 business days.
7. If you need expedited return shipping, priority shipping is available for an additional $5.

"Maintenance mode instructions"

Turn on maintenance mode

1.    Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Device care.

2.    Tap Maintenance mode. If you would like to make a backup, swipe down to see your options. See the next section for details about backing up.

3.    Tap Turn on. Follow the on-screen prompts.

Note: You will be prompted to set up a Lock screen if you do not already have one. Please see the previous section for details.

 

Turn off maintenance mode

1.    Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Device care.

2.    Tap Maintenance mode, then tap Exit, and then tap Restart. Enter your Lock screen credentials when prompted.

3.    You can also turn off Maintenance mode from the Notification panel. Swipe down from the top of the screen, and then tap the notification that says, “Your phone/tablet is in Maintenance mode.”
