It is an Original Oil on Canvas, Dated 1965, on reverse, depicting a seated (legs crossed o the floor) woman, in a low neckline blouse, holding a plate/dish. Color palette is sparkling and the brushstrokes are beyond bold.

2" Wide, Carved, Gold Leaf Scoop, wood moulding is included in this listing. 

Canvas measures 20 X 24 and is in Very Good to Excellent Vintage condition. 

Outside measure of the frame is 23 1/2 X 27 1/2 and is in Like-new condition.
