This is an antique print titled PEACE, and A Little Child Shall Lead Them.

This print , which I assume it is, was re-produced from the original painting of that title, from 1896 until the early 20th century.

The frame measures approximately 9 3/4 inches tall x 13 3/4 inches wide (24.7 cm x 34.9 cm). The print measures approx 6 1/2 inches tall x 9 1/2 inches wide

The original painting this is based on was done by William Strutt (1825–1915), an English painter, in 1896. It was reproduced by Franz Hanfstaengl that same year and was a huge success. It was still being printed until the early 20th century. Based on the frame, I believe this print is from the 1900s or 1910s.
