We dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but no later than 2 working days. Either by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour or FedEx depending on item weight, which is included in the price. For a small additional fee this can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour or FedEx next day. We do combine postage and should you buy more than one item from us, multi buy discount will be added on at checkout. We also try to recycle packaging wherever possible.
Returns
We do accept returns within 30 days. Can you please ensure that the item is returned undamaged in its original packaging. We always try to offer a full refund but if there is damage to the item or packaging is missing then we may need to reduce the refund. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as listed then we will pay for the postage. If it is because you change your mind or do not like the item, then we will ask you please to pay the postage for the return.
