This is a replacement value (no massage or one touch presets/one touch flat or zero g buttons) conversion kit for the now discontinued Serta Motion Perfect 1st Gen Remote (your old remote and control box will have 6 pin dipswitches by the batteries or on the side of the box under the bed. See our other listings for our deluxe massage/preset version or other model Serta Remotes. This will not work with other models. As of 2018, the original remotes have been discontinued and are now replaced with this 2 piece kit (Control box/power cord and new white remote). You will have to unplug two cords from your old control box and plug them into the new one we provide. Then, using your old power box you can plug this new unit in. We will already pair the new remote. 

If your previous remote didn’t have 6 dipswitch pins that could be moved up and down behind your old remote battery cover (or on your bases processor unit) then this may not be compatible and there may be cheaper replacements available. Contact us if you have questions prior to ordering to ensure compatibility. This model used one of two images for the logos on the front of the remote (see pictures) and both are compatible with this new replacement. We include directions for easy syncing and ship the same or next day!
