This is a brand new and sealed Silver Apple iPad mini 1st Generation Wi-Fi and Cellular networking with 64GB capacity.  The IMEI number is clean/clear.  It shows the carrier as "P10x UMTS Carrier Policy" and the next tether policy is 2076.  We are unsure if it is still locked to AT&T only or not.  Please check for yourself before buying.  The IMEI number is 013359001227649.

The part number is MD539LL/A and model number is A1454.

It will have iOS 6 installed from the factory.

The wrapping has some scuffs and wear.

*PLEASE NOTE* - This device has been in the box since being factory sealed.  There is a chance that the battery has gone bad from sitting and not being charged for so long.

Also since this device has iOS 6, some of the apps no longer function because Apple stopped supporting them.  It would have to be updated but iOS 9 is the latest release this device could run.  It could still have troubles with iOS 9.  Double check if your apps will function correctly before buying.
