To ensure a seamless process, kindly include the name and age in the notes section during checkout or send us a message after making your purchase. Failure to provide this information may result in a delay in processing your order or potential cancellation.

We understand the importance of color choices. If you prefer a different color than what is shown in the picture, please specify your preferences along with the name and age. Rest assured, we will only reach out if there are any concerns.

All orders are customized and crafted with care. we will dispatch within 1 working day, during peak periods, dispatch may take a bit longer. Please refer to the estimated delivery dates provided by eBay. Your order should arrive by the latest indicated date, excluding the day of purchase. Please note that working days are from Monday to Friday.

We acknowledge that Royal Mail delivery times may be unpredictable at times. Although all toppers are sent 2nd class, there may be instances where delivery takes up to 5 working days.
