This is The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide vol. #52 (Winter Soldier cover, softcover) (2022 to 2023). I'm not a professional grader, but collector/reader for decades and judge this (non-comic book grade) fine (FN)... if you collect comic books, the equivalent is near mint (NM) condition. Overstreet's guide is the standard, and also has articles.
