This fully automatic 29.6 volt 3 amp charger is suitable for Powakaddy FX Range of golf trolleys 30v Lithium Li ION batteries. This charger is programmed with 3 steps of automatic loading: Ip-Im-Um. Stage "Ip" is a pre-charge function for deep-discharged battery packs - This is useful for battery life! When the battery is recovered by the current small pre-charge load, the "Im" stage will provide a bulk current load (up to 50 W). Then, the step "Um" is followed, the output voltage is limited to CV until the charging current has fallen to 0.1 DC value. At this point, the battery is fully charged and the charger turns off automatically. The entire process is indicated by an LED display. Complete instructions and mains cord supplied.
