RETURNS FOR ANY REASON MUST HAVE AN RMA APPROVAL - MESSAGE US VIA EBAY FOR ANY RETURN REQUESTS!! ANY ITEMS RECEIVED BACK TO US WITHOUT RMA WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER
COMPATIBILITY: We will not be responsible for any compatibility issues. It is the responsibility of the buyer to do their own homework and ensure the product is compatible with what they are purchasing it for. If buyer has any questions concerning the item...contact us prior to purchasing the item in question. Returns will not be accepted due to "wrong item purchased" or "changed my mind" reason's. Some listings may not come with software required for the unit. If it is not listed, it does not come with it.
"30-DAY HARDWARE WARRANTY" = Items listed with "30-Day Hardware Warranty" in their listing are for hardware malfunction/defects only. It does not cover cosmetic damage or software issues. If the listing does not state "30-Day Hardware Warranty" then it has no warranty outside of EBAY's "not as described" warranty. This warranty period begins on the date the item is received.
No OS / OS Not Loaded / COA only stated in a listing means that there is no Operating System Loaded on the Unit that is posted for sale. The COA (Certificate of Authenticity) sticker is located on the unit and has the Product Key needed to be able to load that OS on your unit. Obtaining the proper disk/flash drive for the OS is the buyer's responsibility.
No COA means that the unit for sale does not contain the COA or Product Key needed to load an Operating System on the PC. Buyer is responsible for everything needed (COA and Install Disk) to load an Operating System on the unit.
If a PC (laptop and/or Desktop) reads "Hardrive Error" "Media Not Found" or "No Bootable Device Found" type of message on the screen.. this is not a defect in the unit. It means an Operating System needs to be loaded on the unit. Our units are sold/shipped with a completely clean/wiped Hardrive so the unit will give this kind of message until an OS is loaded.
IF AT ANY TIME WE DECIDE TO ACCEPT A RETURN (AS A COURTESY) THAT IS OUTSIDE OUR WARRANTY DESCRIPTION THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. BUYER WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING. THE DECISION WHETHER TO ACCEPT A RETURN (THAT IS OUTSIDE OUR WARRANTY DESCRIPTION) IS SOLELY AT OUR DESCRETION.
BATTERY POLICY = We do NOT warranty batteries on any used devices. Most of our items are used equipment and it is priced as such. Batteries are fairly inexpensive to purchase new on eBay.

Freight Shipments are to be arranged by the buyer. Please wait for an invoice with your accurate weight and dimensions before securing a pick up. BOL must be submitted to us BEFORE the truck comes or the truck will be turned away without the product.
Shipping costs are based on weight and off of ship-to location. We primarily ship items through UPS Ground for all US orders. Some orders may be shipped via USPS at our discretion.
Orders are typically processed within 72 hours of closure. Items are shipped out on Monday-Friday 7:30-4 cst. We are closed on weekends.
