  • Return Policies:
  1. All returns must obtain an RMA approval issued by W&J Mart before any item is shipped back to our warehouse.
  2. If the buyer returns the item without prior authorization, the shipment may be subject to 20% restocking fee, and we reserve the right to refuse the package.
  3. Please inspect the package upon delivery, If you notice any major physical damage on the exterior, refuse the package immediately and have the carrier return it to us.  Once the damaged package is returned to our warehouse, we will begin the damage claim process right away.
  4. After a package has been received and signed for, we are unable to process any damage claims.
  5. To report fitment issue, please provide clear photos through eBay messages.  Fitment reports must be verified by a certified professional shop or an auto-body/collision repair facility.  If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for assistance.
  6. If the item received is incorrect or damaged, you may return it within 7 business days of delivery.  Please return the item in its original packaging.  Do not open or test-fit the item, as any damage caused by self-testing may void the return eligibility.
