This is the Ed Hardy Skull Panther Mesh Shorts.  Mesh sweatshirt-like fabric, gray (grey) background with design that is mostly black, plus a yellow/orange flaming skull.  "Ed Hardy" logo applied in a large size on the back.  Front pockets open at the sides, one back pocket.  Elastic waist with drawstring closure, mesh lining.  Shorts for casual or active wear.  MSRP = $65.
