The Panasonic ToughPad is one of the most rugged tablets around boasting a Windows 10 operating system. This is the perfect device for use in the field and ideally suited for mechanics, engineers and field services technicians where a standard tablet simply won’t last.

Tax and Invoicing

All orders will receive an automated Tax Invoice by email once the order has been fulfilled. If you would prefer a printed copy of your invoice please contact us prior to shipment and this can be arranged.

All international orders will be calculated by weight and dimensions. If you would like a customized shipping quote please contact us directly.

International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please ensure that you provide a valid street address and mobile number in your order. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes or Parcel Collect.

Returns & Warranty

Returns Policy

If you would like to make a claim relating to your order, we accept reasons for, shipping damage and/or wrong items sent and or faulty products. Please contact RevivedIT within 48 hours. The reason for this is so if the goods have been damaged in transit we can make our claim in the required time frame set out by the transport company(s) concerned. If you notify us outside of this period we will be unable to claim for the damages. After your claim, we will promptly redeliver your goods again at no charge or provide a refund as long as the items are returned in full at our expense.

Please understand we will not honour warranty claims for items where the product has been tampered with, where items are not deemed to be faulty, where you have a change of mind, where you have made an incorrect decision or if the warranty period has expired before notifying RevivedIT of a fault.

All returns that do not incorporate a warranty claim will incur a 15% restocking fee. The amount refunded will be the total unit price with the restocking fee (15% as above), shipping costs and payment processing fees (credit card fees if applicable) incurred detracted.

Warranty Information:

All of our products will incorporate a standard 6-month warranty period (Unless otherwise specified). This period commences from the date of your order. Any warranties offered by RevivedIT will cover the hardware purchased and do not extend to the support of pre-loaded software including the operating system.

We offer extended Warranty for selected products for periods of one and two years.

We do not accept nor acknowledge damages to goods due to negligence, such as water damage, impacts or improper use of the goods supplied. Defects as a result of improper use, exposure to moisture (beyond what the product is deemed to be certified for), modification without authorization by RevivedIT, food spillage or abuse will not be covered under warranty.

RevivedIT will cover return shipping charges in case of a legitimate warranty claim within Australia and New Zealand. However, this is limited to a maximum of $100 AUD, charges over and above this amount will be covered by the customer.

Warranty periods are not extended if a product is replaced due to fault. The replacement product or part will remain covered until the end of the originally supplied warranty period.

RevivedIT will supply a warranty for all items supplied with your order, this includes bundled accessories such as power adaptors and batteries. RevivedIT will warranty used/refurbished batteries for a 6-month term, irrespective of the warranty term nominated on the core product. Any brand new batteries optioned are covered for 12 months.
