Panasonic 4 Head Hi Fi Stereo Omnivision VHS PV 8661 Tower Remote Not Working Parts Only

Plugged it in, nothing works, will not power up, selling it as is, for parts or repair. Did not check the remote, unsure whether or not it works. Both the unit and the remote have lots of scuffs and scratches.
