These are 3-card panels of baseball disc-shaped cards. These were 1989 promotional cards included in packs of A&P's "Our Own Tea" store brand. These cards were also produced for other tea brands, but this variation may be rarer than others.
 
The full set has 10 panels with 2 cards on each (20 total) with a third non-player offer card.
